Summary: All was fine except: the front desk rep wasn’t too friendly, our toilet wouldn’t stop running (handle on the tank was not working properly and I had to correct it 3 times), and the breakfast food keeps declining in taste (stay here often).

Summary: I have stayed here many times It is central to everything Clean ,pleasant ,efficient and professional On this particular stay the night desk clerk and the housekeeping staff were extremely helpful and nice

Summary: Room was dated but clean. A few broken items in the room. Housekeeping checked on us everyday but before 9 am even on checkout day. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downside besides the few broken items was our hallway (and only ours) reeked of weed the entire 3 days.

Summary: Would not stay here again. Nothing to do with staff. The hotel, lobby is very nice and the rooms have been updated. But, some areas need attention. The bathroom door needs to be replaced as it was all chipped on the bottom and the toilet seat was nearly falling off. The rooms are not sound proofed at all, you can hear people walking and talking.The breakfast is horrible. The only thing that was good was the make your own waffles. I do not know how this hotel has such good reviews.

Summary: This was a nice, clean and comfortable hotel to stay - and an easy 10 minute drive into both Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow.

Summary: My only concern was that I left my pillow there after checking out. I called when I realized I forgot it. I was told the room cleaner said it wasn’t there. I asked if I could return and check myself and was told yes. When I got there and checked the room it was in fact there

Summary: Much better check-in this time! Food was a little cold in the morning at 6:55 am but improved overall. The bathroom door had to be slammed to get it to shut which is not good in the middle of the night (room 321). Otherwise, all was fine.
